If you need to cancel your booking, please send an email to: ohpdoctorchamber@gmail.com with the subject "Booking Cancellation < Order ID >". The request will be processed within 3 business days.
If your booking could not be completed and your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
The refund will be transferred to you based on the original payment method used during the booking.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the per booking cost, considering the final discounted price you paid for the complete booking.
